Clinique Fresh Pressed Renewing Powder Cleanser Review

In my earlier posts, I had discussed about Vitamin C products and their importance in skin care. Clinique launched Clinique Fresh Pressed Renewing Powder Cleanser which gives a healthy dose of Vitamin C to your skin. It also comes with a booster which you need to apply at night but in my post I am only reviewing the powder cleanser. Let’s get to know more about it.

Product Description:
The powder cleanser comes in very basic packaging, consisting of 7 small sachets. Each sachet contains enough powder for single use. The powder is white in colour and doesn’t have any overpowering smell. The seven sachets are aimed for 7 days usage, each sachet for one day. The powder might seem chalky at first but when you mix with a few drops of water, it forms a smooth paste. You can vary the consistency of the paste according to your liking. But one thing is sure, it is not messy as it forms a smooth paste, it doesn’t fall.

Product Usage:
Empty one sachet on to your palm, add a few drops of water to make a smooth paste. Apply on the face, massage gently and wash off.

Product Claims:
Clinique Fresh Pressed Renewing Powder Cleanser continue Vitamin C in its purest form. It claims to make your skin brighter, radiant, delay aging process and to make wrinkles disappear.

Product Price: 7 sachets, along with booster for 7 say usage retails for 1700 INR.

My Thoughts On Clinique Fresh Pressed Renewing Powder Cleanser:
I am quite impressed with a product which claims to give pure Vitamin C to our skin. As we know, most other skin care products with vitamin c are not potent enough. The Vitamin C in them degrades as soon as we open the packaging. But this one is in powdered form and it gives pore vitamin c to the skin. It does makes kind smooth, radiant and glowy. I cannot comment on anti aging properties because 7 days are too few to judge that.
