I have a wonderful product for review today. I know all of us know the importance of sunscreens in our beauty regime yet we skip it due to the heaviness, oiliness and stickiness. So the wonder product is Lakme Sun Expert Ultra Matte Compact SPF 40 PA+++. Is it the answer to sunscreen owes? Let’s find out.

Product Description:
The packaging will surely win your heart. Lakme Sun Expert Ultra Matte Compact comes in a peppy and summery yellow compact casing with mirror. It also has a sponge applicator. The casing is very attractive. You will instantly feel like using it. If you have seen Bioderma sunscreen compact powder, this one looks more or less similar to it. The compact casing is packed in a cardboard box of the same colour.

Product Usage:
Gently blend onto face and neck 20 minutes before sun exposure. Repeat every 3 to 4 hours for maximum protection.

Product Claims:
It is ultra matte sunscreen powder with SPF 40 PA+++. Shield skin from darkening, ageing and dark spots.

Product Price: One casing containing 7gm product retails for 210 INR.

My Thoughts On Lakme Sun Expert Ultra Matte Compact:
I really like the idea of sunscreen powder or sunscreen compact powder. When I saw the same kind of product from Bioderma, I wanted one but its sky high price stopped me. And here we have Lakme answering our wishes and at such affordable price. A great product for oily skin types because the powder is truly ultra matte. Dry skin ladies will find it too chalky for their liking. The tint is perfect for Indian skin tones but deeper complexions will find their face turning little ashy. Overall a great product,for approaching summer.
