Laneige Water Sleeping Mask is one of the most hyped sleeping masks. I saw Youtubers hype so much about it that I knew I had to get it and I was in luck because they have come up with smaller size of the product. So did it live up to its hype? Well let’s find out.
What’s It Like?
I am going to describe the packaging of the size that I have. So this one (25 ml) comes in a blue plastic jar packaging. The jar is further packed in a blue cardboard box. The sleeping mask is bluish white in colour, it is more gel like in consists. It has a pleasant smell which is more like a deo but that doesn’t overpower.
What’s The Claim?
It claims to intensively hydrate the skin through night so that you wake up with clear and glowing skin every morning.
How To Use It?
Since it is a sleeping mask, you need to apply it as a last step of your night time beauty regime which is after you apply your moisturizer.
What’s The Price?
It comes in two sizes 25 ml retails for 700 INR and 70 ml retails for 1850 INR.
What Do I Think About It?
Well like I said I was too excited when I bought it, given the maddening hype created around the product by our Youtubers. But sadly I was disappointed. Why? Because it doesn’t do a thing to hydrate the skin. I apply it after a moisturizer and the results with moisturizer and the sleeping mask and with only moisturizer are the same. I didn’t find anything out of the ordinary about it.

To think that I spent 700 INR on this! Breaks my heart, thankfully a smaller version was available to try. So nope! Not recommended by Diaries9.
