My experience with Loreal White Perfect Toner:
I picked this toner when I wanted to try out the Korean Seven Step Toning Regime, I wanted a toner which would contain brightening agents sans alcohol. This is a perfect combination of brightening and hydrating toner which I wanted. It brightens your skin without making it dry. It doesn’t sting your eyes or cause tingling sensation. I have used it for two weeks now and I must say it is a complete toner which drivers what it claims. It is a part of Loreal white perfect range which also contains a day cream, a night cream, an under eye cream, a toner and a scrub. It will give even better results when used with the whole range.
