Come winter and we start searching for that perfect body creams and body lotions which can quench the thirst of our skin. I think in winter body creams perform much better than body lotions, due to thicker consistency. This is the reason why I picked up Vaseline Cocoa Glow Moisturizing Cream. I had used Vaseline Cocoa Glow Body Lotion in the past and I quite liked it. How does this perform? We’ll check out!

Vaseline Cocoa Glow Moisturizing Cream comes in a brown plastic tub. The tub packaging is apt for body cream consistency. The cream is thick but not oily. The cream is light brownish in colour and it smells Cocoa! Amazing isn’t it? This variant consists of cocoa and is meant for dry skin.

Apply on the body and massage it on.

It claims to give soft, glowing skin.
Product Price: 250 ml retails for 230 INR. A smaller size of 150ml retails for 160 INR.
My Thoughts On Vaseline Cocoa Glow Moisturizing Cream:
Smell? Check. Buttery? Check. Gives glow? Check. Non sticky? Check. Intense moisturizing? Not really. When you go for body creams, you are looking for intensely moisturizing effect. Otherwise a body lotion is suffice. This one scores point in all the areas but fails miserably when it comes to providing ample moisturizing. The moment you apply, it gets absorbed, there is a slight sheen on the skin but that’s that! You will not feel that your skin is moisturized at all.
