Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe Body Lotion Review

Hello ladies,
I have another body lotion for review today. It is Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe Body Lotion. As you know Aloe Vera is a great ingredient for skin care, especially in summer season, I try to choose aloe vera products as they soothe my skin in summer. As Vaseline body lotions are generally good, I decided to give this a try. Let’s see how it fares.

Product Description:
Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe Body Lotion comes in various sizes. The smaller sizers have a flip opening while the bigger sizes have pump dispenser. The aloe vera variant is green colour coded. It is bright green in colour. The lotion has pleasant smell and is white in colour. It has a slightly runny texture which is apt for a body lotion.

Product Usage:
Dispense a small amount and massage lightly on your body until it is absorbed.

Product Claims:
It restores and soothes dry skin. It moistures to restore dry skin, calms and soothes dry skin. It is fast absorbing with non greasy feel.

Product Price: 400ml retails for 265 INR. Smaller sizes are also available.

My Thoughts On Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe Body Lotion:
I was sadly disappointed with this body lotion. Being a summer lotion I knew it will not be oily or greasy but it should have been hydrating at least. But it is not so. The moment you apply it, it sinks into the skin without doing anything. It is as if you have not applied anything at all. This body lotion doesn’t live up to its expectations.
