Having reviewed aloe vera and rosy variant of Vaseline lip balm, I am here to review the Cocoa Butter variant of the same. Recently I picked up Vaseline Lip Care Cocoa Butter Lip Balm. It is great to see good old petroleum jelly metamorphosing into so many variations. Let’s take a look at this baby.
Product Description:
Like all Vaseline lip balms, this one too comes in plastic squeeze tube. Indicating Cocoa Butter, the tube is brown in color. The lip balm is just like petroleum jelly, no tint or color. It smells chocolaty though.
Product Usage:
Apply on dry lips like your regular lip balms.

My Thoughts On Vaseline Lip Care Cocoa Butter Lip Balm:
Frankly, I had picked up this one expecting a brown tint or some color at least but this turned out to be transparent petroleum jelly with chocolate smell. Apart from the smell, this is just like the origin of variant of Vaseline Lip Care. It does moisturize the lips pretty well though, no doubt about that. You need to reapply it time and again because it doesn’t last on the lips for long, it is good as far as moisturizing is concerned.

Recommendation: I don’t know whether to call the chocolate smell pro or con, because some may like it and some may not. If you like choco smell in your lip balm and you want an affordable one, you will like this one. Otherwise the smell will irritate you a lot.
