My Thoughts On VLCC Enchanting Eyes Kajal:
It is a pretty decent kajal. It gives intense black colour in one stroke. The colour is very pigmented and applies smoothly without any tugging or pulling. The kajal is quite soft and creamy. It is not totally smudge proof as it does get smudged within few hours and a little bit of rubbing. If you have oily eye line, this doesn’t last much long. It applies matte and gives quite good finish.
