Product Description:
VLCC Indian Berberry Face Scrub is packed in a transparent plastic tube with white flip opening. It is off white in colour and has small black granules in it. The texture is neither too thick nor too runny, in fact it resembles your clay face masks, quite smooth and clayey. It has fruity smell which is pleasant to use.
Product Claims:
It exfoliates, cleans and refreshes the skin. It contains Indian Berberry extracts which removes dead skin cells and blackheads. It also helps in regeneration of new cells. You need to apply it on your face and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then you need to lightly massage it on to your skin.
Product Price: It retails for 250 INR for 80gm.
My Thoughts On VLCC Indian Berberry Face Scrub:
I had heard many good things about this particular scrub from VLCC so I had to get it. Consistency wise, this scrub is quite smooth and creamy. I used it a few times and yes it does help in clearing out the skin. It makes skin smooth and helps in removing blackheads. But it does dry the skin, it has clay in it which soaks up the oil and mattifies the skin which makes it a perfect scrub for oily skin. Normal to dry skin beauties may not like it, given the drying effect it has on skin.
