Being an obsessive compulsive shopper, I never let any fashion site go pass. I am always excited to try out new shopping sites. When I saw Club Factory app, I was too excited to shop there. Club Factory has a wide collection of clothing, beauty products, home appliances and a wide variety of other products. If you are as intrigued as I was before shopping at Club Factory, let me share my Club Factory First Time Shopping Experience.
After scrolling through all those amazing looking products, a transparent bag caught my attention. Yes a transparent bag! Let me show you how it looked.
When I received it, I was disappointed to see the size, it was no more than a pouch! Yes I understand sling bags are small in size but this particular one looked like a child’s purse! The stitching was frayed and it looked as if it was reluctantly stitched into a bag.
Okay so I was mightily disappointed with bag, I decided to return it and I was in for a shock! Club Factory doesn’t return things just because you don’t like it. It gives free return only if the product is defective or wrong product was delivered. And if you want to return the product, you will have to pay 90 INR. That money will be deducted when they repay it back.
So I applied for a return and promptly within few days a guy came to pick it up. He picked it up without any hassle of packaging.
After pick up I received a message stating that the money will be refunded within few days. Within 3 to 4 days the money was deposited in my Club Factory account. So no hassle there.
You must remember that the money will be refunded according to US dollars rate, do it won’t be the exact money you paid.
So this was my Club Factory First Time Shopping Experience. Always remember if you are used to returning items just because you don’t like it, like at our regular shopping sites like Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Jabong, etc. Then Club Factory is not for you, it deducted 90 INR, for return.
